All the plots we sell are freehold, meaning you own the land outright and indefinitely. This gives you full rights and ownership over the property.

Yes. Our plots are demarcated, beaconed, and ready for immediate building upon full payment and title transfer. We ensure our projects are compliant with local zoning regulations for residential or commercial use.

Unless stated otherwise, the mother title deed is ready and available for verification. Upon purchase, the individual plot title deed is processed and transferred into your name upon completion of payment.

We encourage all our clients to conduct their own due diligence. You can perform an official search at the relevant County Lands Registry Office using the title number we provide to confirm the land’s ownership status and legitimacy.

Upon signing the offer letter and paying the deposit, you will receive a Sale Agreement. Once the full payment is made, you will receive your Individual Title Deed, a clearance certificate (rates), and transfer documents.

The transfer process typically takes between 30 to 90 working days from the date of final payment, provided the client has submitted all the necessary documentation (e.g., ID, KRA PIN, passport photos).

To reserve a specific plot, you need to pay a non-refundable Booking/Commitment Fee (or deposit). This secures the plot in your name for a short period while the paperwork and payment plan are finalized.

Absolutely! We highly recommend that you visit the site. We organize scheduled site visits to allow you to inspect the property, confirm its boundaries (beacons), and assess the surrounding neighborhood and infrastructure.
